- Quarter pear and remove seeds
- Brush with coconut oil and sprinkle with sea salt
- Mix 2 tablespoons honey with 1 teaspoon cinnamon then set aside
- Lay pear quarters in Grubcage
- Roast over hot coals until edges become golden brown and the pear quarters soften.
- Allow pears to cool slightly
- Top with greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream, drizzle with honey and cinnamon and top with chopped pecans
