Caramel Apple S'more

Directions

1. Core apple
2. Slice two ¼” thick apple pieces
3. Put one apple slice in Grubcage
4. Layer marshmallow, caramel and white chocolate
5. Top with second apple slice and close Grubcage
6. Slow roast over hot coals until everything softens

*warning - this may require you wear a bib

Variation

Marinate apple slices in a mixture of melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon for at least 30 minutes before roasting.
